Section 427A.300 - Issuance of decision1. The hearing officer will issue a decision not later than 60 days after the hearing.2. The hearing officer will mail or personally deliver a copy of the decision to the Administrator of the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services and each party of record or his or her representative.3.
