Section 410.060 - "Unzoned industrial area" defined"Unzoned industrial area" means any area which is:
1. Occupied by the regularly used building, parking lot or storage or processing area of an industrial activity located within 1,000 feet of an interstate or primary highway;2. Located on the same side of the highway as the part of that activity;3. Not predominantly used for residential or commercial purposes; and4. Not zoned by any state law or regulation or by any local ordinance or regulation.Nev. Admin. Code § 410.060
