Section 391.700 - Determination of eligibility of licensed teacher for benefit to purchase retirement creditTo assist licensed teachers in making a determination regarding their eligibility for the benefit provided by NRS 391.165:
1. The Department will, on or before April 15 of each year, notify each school district of the schools in the school district that have been designated as demonstrating need for improvement pursuant to NRS NRS 385.3623.2. Each school district shall: (a) Notify all licensed teachers who are employed in that school district by a school that has been designated as demonstrating need for improvement pursuant to NRS 385.3623 of that designation; and(b) Upon request of any teacher licensed in this State, provide to that teacher a list of all schools within the school district that have been designated as demonstrating need for improvement pursuant to NRS NRS 385.3623.Nev.
