Section 387.Sec. 2.1 - NEW

As used in NRS 387.1218, the Department will interpret the term "attendance area" to mean the city center nearest to a portion of a school district determined to be eligible for an attendance area adjustment pursuant to NRS 387.1218 and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
