Section 385B.812 - Period of compliance; penalties for violation1. Each pupil, coach, administrator, faculty member and sports official shall comply with the provisions of NAC 385B.802 to 385B.812, inclusive, during any period in which he or she is assigned to or participates in a sanctioned sport.2. Any violation of the provisions of NAC 385B.802 to 385B.812, inclusive, may result in the imposition of the penalties set forth in NAC 385B.960.3. A specific violation set forth in NAC 385B.820 to 385B.826, inclusive, includes the penalties specified in each of those sections.Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.812
