Section 384.020 - Officers of commission: Positions; selection; duties1. The officers of the commission consist of a chairman, a vice chairman, a secretary and a treasurer, as determined by the commission.2. The commission may elect or appoint such other officers as it deems desirable. These officers shall perform the duties prescribed from time to time by the commission.3.
