Section 361.1117 - "Cost of replacement" defined

"Cost of replacement" means the total cost of construction required to replace an improvement with a substitute of like or equal utility using current standards of materials and design, including the cost of any pertinent labor, materials, supervision, contractors' profit and overhead, architects' plans and specifications, sales taxes and insurance.
