Section 293B.080 - Test decksA county clerk in a county using a mechanical voting system shall develop a separate test deck for each type of ballot used in the county. Such a test deck must:
1. Contain not less than the same number of ballots as there are valid voting positions for an office in that county; and2. Allow for the testing of each precinct, including the preparation of a cumulative report of the total votes cast for each voting position and a total count of the number of precincts.Nev. Admin.
