Section 289.340 - [Effective On The Date Of The Repeal Of 42 U.S.C. Section 666, The Federal Law Requiring Each State To Establish Procedures For Withholding, Suspending And Restricting The Professional, Occupational And Recreational Licenses For Child Support Arrearages And For Noncompliance With Certain Processes Relating To Paternity Or Child Support Proceedings] Qualifications for certification

The Executive Director shall award a law enforcement dispatcher certificate to a law enforcement dispatcher who:

1. Is currently employed as a law enforcement dispatcher;
2. Is an authorized user of the National Crime Information Center and who is thereby able to access the system to make inquiries; and
3. Satisfactorily completes the voluntary program established pursuant to NAC 289.335.
