Section 287.690 - Request for external review

If a participant in the Program is not satisfied with the decision of the Executive Officer or the designee on the appeal made by the participant pursuant to NAC 287.680, the participant may request an external review of the adverse determination conducted by an independent review organization pursuant to NRS NRS 695G.241 to 695G.310, inclusive.
