Section 286.210 - Purchase of service: Agreement to deduct payments1. A member may enter into an agreement with the System to purchase service by the deduction of monthly payments from the member's paycheck.2. If a public employer will not allow deductions for this purpose, the member must purchase the service by the payment of a lump sum.3.
