Section 286.080 - Transfer of police officer or firefighter eligible for early retirement

A member who has completed 10 years of actual service as a police officer or firefighter will not lose the right to early retirement provided in subsection 2 of NRS 286.510 if he or she subsequently transfers to employment other than as a police officer or firefighter.
