Section 284.Sec. 1.2 - NEW

An appeal filed pursuant to NRS 284.4086 must:

1. Be in writing;

2. Be submitted to the Administrator for transmittal to the Commission; and

3. Set forth the specific reasons the appellant disagrees with the decision of the Administrator or his or her designee.
