Section 240A.Sec. 2 - NEWA registrant shall not impede or otherwise interfere with an investigation conducted by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 240A.260, including, without limitation, by:
1. Failing to comply with a request by the Secretary of State to provide documents;2. Supplying false or misleading information to an investigator or any other officer or agent of the Secretary of State; or3.
