Section 233.210 - Decision of Commission1. If a case is heard by a hearing commissioner or officer, the Commission will affirm, modify or reverse the determination of the hearing commissioner or officer and will notify the parties of its decision within 30 days after its review.2. The final decision will be made by a majority of the quorum of the members of the Commission present.3. If any commissioner has served as a hearing commissioner in a case, he is precluded from sitting on the review of the case.Nev. Admin. Code § 233.210
