Section 233.090 - Petition for reconsideration of dismissal of complaint1. A complainant may petition the Administrator or his designee for reconsideration of a dismissal of his complaint.2. The petition must:(b) State specifically the grounds upon which it is based.3. The petition must be filed in the office of the Commission within 15 days after the day on which the complainant received notice of the dismissal.4. If the complainant fails to comply with the provisions of this section, the Commission will dismiss his petition.Nev. Admin. Code § 233.090
