Section 232.Sec. 23 - NEW

"Trailhead" means a point at which a recreational trail or path system begins, diverts or terminates, including, without limitation, restrooms, parking, signage, an interpretive site or any other item that provides public accessibility, information or support for the public utilization of a recreational trail or path system.
