Section 232.433 - "Nevada Conservation Credit System" defined

"Nevada Conservation Credit System" means the system established by the Sagebrush Ecosystem Council pursuant to NRS 232.162 that calculates:

1. Debits that will be caused by a proposed activity or a project.

2. Credits that are created to protect, enhance or restore sagebrush ecosystems.
