Section 228.Sec. 4.1 - NEW
1. The Division may perform an audit at any time of a supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment to determine if the supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment is in compliance with the continuing education requirements set forth in NAC 228.210.
2. If the Division determines that the supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment is not in compliance with the continuing education requirements set forth in NAC 228.210, the Division will notify the supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment that he or she has 45 days to comply with the continuing education requirements set forth in NAC 228.210. If the supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment does not comply with the continuing education requirements set forth in NAC 228.210 within 45 days after being notified:
(a) The Division will revoke the approval to work as a supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment; and
(b) The supervisor of treatment or provider of treatment may reapply for an approval pursuant to section 2 or subsection 3 or 7 of NAC 228.110, as applicable.
