Section 127.475 - Identification and submission of information regarding children with special needs1. Pursuant to NRS 127.008, an agency which provides child welfare services shall identify each child with special needs in the custody of the agency for whom a prospective adoptive parent is not identified within 3 months after the child becomes available for adoption.2. An agency shall submit to the Division on a quarterly basis photographs of and information regarding the children described in subsection 1. Such information must be limited to information that does not divulge the identity of the child.Nev. Admin. Code § 127.475
