Section 119.610 - Formal hearings: Notice of decision1. The Administrator or the hearing officer will render a decision within 30 days after the date of the hearing and immediately give notice in writing of the decision to the respondent.2. If the decision is adverse to the respondent, the Administrator or hearing officer will also state in the notice of decision the date upon which the decision becomes effective, which will not be less than 30 days after the date of the notice.Nev.
