Section 118B.Sec. 4 - NEWThe Division will include in each application for assistance from the Account:
1. A statement that an applicant or recipient who fails to report: (a) Information required to be included in the application that the applicant or recipient knew at the time he or she signed the application; or(b) A change in his or her eligibility pursuant to pursuant to NRS 118B.215, as amended by section 18 of Senate Bill No. 40, chapter 7, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 35, may be personally liable to the Division for any assistance incorrectly paid to him or her; and2. The provisions of section 5.Nev. Admin. Code § 118B.Sec. 4
