Section 482-3-003 - ENROLLMENT MATERIALSThe enrollment broker must distribute enrollment information and marketing materials to managed care members and potential members. The enrollment broker must develop the materials in coordination with the health plans, with Medicaid's approval, and meet the following guidelines:
(A) Written materials use easily understood language and format;(B) Written materials are available in the prevalent non-English languages, as specified by Medicaid;(C) Written materials are available in alternative formats that take into consideration the special needs of members;(D) Materials on all Heritage Health service components are distributed equitably and without bias to any particular health plan;(E) All enrollment notices, information, and instructional materials are available upon request;(F) Materials clearly state information about Heritage Health, ensure the member has adequate information to make an informed selection; and(G) Materials are reviewed and approved by Medicaid.482 Neb.
