Section 464-1-017 - RIGHT TO APPEAL

Any applicant or recipient has the right to appeal a Department action to deny, terminate or reduce respite services under this program based upon the following:

(A) Denial of Program application;

(B) Suspension of Program services;

(C) Reduction of Program services;

(D) Termination of Program services;

(E) Inaction or belief the Department's action was erroneous; or

(F) The Department determines an overpayment has occurred.
