Section 404-6-001 - DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING

Each provider must maintain data, statistics, schedules, reports, and other information as required by the Department.

001.01PROVISION OF INFORMATION. The provider must, upon request, submit data, statistics, schedules, reports, and any other requested information to the Department.
