These regulations govern the professions and occupations, businesses, training courses, and standards for asbestos activities under the Asbestos Control Act, Nebraska Revised Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 71-6301 to 71-6317, and the Uniform Credentialing Act.
