12-009.01Location: A test hole must be located so that it is protected from surface waters and seepage from sources of contamination and pollution.12-009.02Surface Casing: When onsite conditions dictate, surface casing is permitted but must be protected with a secure cover or cap when left unattended, and decommissioned within 10 days of drilling completion. 178 Neb.
