Section 174-7-003 - FOR REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE

When a marriage occurs in Nebraska, a Certificate of Marriage Registration Form, provided by the Department, must be filed with the Department pursuant to the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-602. The Department may refuse to accept for filing of a Marriage Registration Form that is incomplete.
