Section 171-5-3 - Formal Process5.3.1 The procedure for hearings regarding matters not resolved by the informal process shall be in accordance with Title 53, NAC, Chapter 4 of the Nebraska Department of Justice. Board's receipt of a complaint shall not constitute the initiation of a formal process. 5.3.2 Any person aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review under the Nebraska Administrative Procedures Act, or resort to such other means of review as may be provided by law.171 Neb.
