Section 68-7-003 - Inmate Assignment

Female inmates shall be received at and assigned to the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women until discharged or granted parole or Community Custody status. Male inmates shall be received at the Diagnostic and Evaluation Center, from which they shall be assigned to another facility.
