Rule 44.3.2003 - APPLICATION FOR VOTER REGISTRATION(1) Applicants for voter registration may apply by the procedures specified in 13-2-110 and 13-2-304, MCA: (a) in person;(b) by mail; or(c) as may otherwise be provided by law.
