Rule 44.3.1708 - WAIVER OF CONDITIONS(1) The Secretary of State may vary the time and place of examination fixed by ARM 44.3.1701(4) and (5) and may waive any informality in the form of application or procedure followed in examination, if, in his opinion, such informality does not substantially affect the validity of his conclusions with respect to the system examined.Mont.
