Rule 4.13.1007 - STARCH STRENGTH(1) The laboratory will use what is known as the falling number method for measuring starch strength for wheat flour.(2) The procedure used, and which is hereby incorporated by reference, is that stated under the "U.S. Agricultural Marketing Act", program directive 918.38, adopted January 11, 1989.
