Rule 37.47.910 - TERMINATION OF HOME ATTENDANT SERVICES(1) The recipient may request that home attendant services be discontinued or may request a change of home attendant. The social worker must act on this request.(2) The department may, in its discretion and in accordance with these rules, terminate home attendant services to a recipient.
