Rule 17.38.211 - GROUND WATER RULE

(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart S, except for 40 CFR 141.402(a)(2)(iv), which sets forth the requirements to ensure that systems using ground water sources are adequately protected.
