Section 17 CSR 20-5.135 - Contract Security AgencyPURPOSE: This rule provides for the provision of corporate security advisor service by authorized contract security agencies.
(1) A contract security agency that meets the criteria set forth in this chapter for licensing of a corporate security advisor may provide a licensed corporate security advisor to perform duties for an employer or individual who does not meet the criteria for licensing.(2) The employees of the authorized contract security agencies each shall be subject to all of the provisions of this chapter and each shall be individually licensed as a corporate security advisor, subject to all disciplinary action mentioned in this chapter for any breach or neglect of any rule in this chapter.(3) The contract security agencies authorized by subsection 17 CSR 20-5.035(1)(A) shall be fully responsible for the acts of its corporate security advisor/employees when providing services and the board shall have the authority to suspend or revoke the authority of a contract security agency referred to in 17 CSR 20-5.035(1)(A) to provide services because of any act or omission in contravention of these rules an individual corporate security advisor employed by the company.
