Rule 6-401-3.5 - CANCELLATIONS AND RAIN CHECKS(a) A cancellation of less than 48 hours from the reservation date will result in forfeiture of one nights rent. A Rain Check for the balance of the reserved nights can be provided. No refunds can be given.(b) No Rain Check will be given where there is a reduction of nights in violation of the reservation policy.(c) No Rain Check will be issued due to the eviction of occupant.(d) No Rain Check can be given for bad weather.Miss.
