Rule 6-1-13.3 - Eligible Projects Projects which are eligible for assistance must be directly related to the airport facility and are limited to construction, expansion, improvements, rehabilitation, or repair of:
B. Energy facilities (power generation and distribution);C. Sewer systems (pipe treatment);D. Transportation facilities directly affecting the site, including roads, sidewalks, bridges, rail lines, rivers, pipelines, or runways;F. Water supply systems (storage, treatment, and distribution);G. Equipment necessary for airport operation; and Miss. Code Ann. § 57-61-41 et seq. (Rev. 2008).
