Rule 36-1-1.8 - State, Federal, and Industry Guidelines

Based on its individual business needs and specific legal requirements, agencies may exceed the security requirements in this policy, but must, at minimum, achieve the security levels required by this policy. It is the responsibility of each agency to determine whether there are any guidelines or regulations outside the State of Mississippi Enterprise Security Policy they are required to meet. These guidelines may include:
