Rule 31-601-10.1 - Purpose1. This section establishes policy and procedures governing the certification of emergency telecommunicators who have an established record of experience, training, and education. The Board will establish procedures to review the record of those telecommunicators whose certification has lapsed and those telecommunicators who have training and experience in another jurisdiction (i.e., another state).31 Miss.
