Rule 24-1-9.3.2 - PURPOSE

The Department of Mental Health shall develop and maintain the rules, requirements, and application guidelines for community support specialists, mental health therapists, intellectual and developmental disabilities therapists, peer support specialistslicensed administrators, addiction therapists and others as deemed appropriate by the Board of Mental Health.
