A non-refundable application fee of $1,200 is required in exchange for a complete review of a National Interest Waiver application and a NIW support letter from MSDH. A check or money order from the sponsoring facility should be made payable to the Mississippi State Department of Health with a note that the payment is for the "Waiver Application Review Fee" and submitted with the complete National Interest Waiver Application. No complete National Interest Waiver Application will be processed without payment of the processing fee.
