Upon request, a certificate of competency and an identification card shall be issued by the Board to:
1. An inspector who is employed full-time by a governmental authority having an authorized inspection agency as defined in the Act.2. An inspector who is employed full-time by an insurance company which is authorized to insure against loss from explosions of boilers and pressure vessels in Mississippi.3. An inspector who is continuously employed by a company which operates boilers and/or pressure vessels in Mississippi and has a valid owner-user inspection agency agreement as provided in the Act.15 Miss.
