Rule 15-10-76-2.18.1

If, upon inspection, a boiler or pressure vessel is found to be in such condition that it is unsafe to operate, the inspector shall notify the Chief Inspector as required by the Act and the inspection certificate shall be suspended by the Chief Inspector. Any person, firm, partnership or corporation causing such objects to continue to be operated shall be subject to the penalty provided in the Act.
