Rule 13-3-12.20 - Summary Suspension Of Approval Of Gaming Devices(a) The Executive Director may call a special Commission meeting so that the Commission may issue a summary order, with or without notice to the manufacturer, distributor, operator or licensee, suspending approval of a gaming device or system if it determines that the device or system does not operate:1. In the manner certified by the manufacturer;2. As approved by the Executive Director; or3. Is experiencing malfunctions.(b) After issuing an order pursuant to subsection (a), the Executive Director may seal or seize all models of that gaming device.
