Rule 1-10-7.3 - Statewide Elections Management System

A uniform voter registration form (Exhibit E) shall be used by all local registrars for registering citizens who enter the registrar's office for use with the Statewide Elections Management System (SEMS). The form is available on the Secretary of State's website at www.sos.ms.gov.
