Part 3600.0085 - BASIS FOR DISQUALIFICATION FROM ENROLLMENTA. An approved applicant for enrollment in grade 11 shall not be enrolled unless the following information has been provided by a date annually determined by the executive director or the executive director's designee:(1) a certified record from each high school attended that demonstrates the applicant has successfully completed the requirements of grades 9 and 10; and(2) a certified record from each high school attended that demonstrates the number and type of completed high school content standards.B.
