Section R. 432.651c - Handling of internet wagering accounts found to be used in fraudulent manner

Rule 651c. An internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider must have a documented system of internal controls for the handling of authorized participants or other individuals discovered to be using internet wagering accounts in a fraudulent manner, including, but not limited to the following:

(a) The maintenance of information about any authorized participants activity or other individuals activity, such that if fraudulent activity is detected, the internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider and the board have all of the necessary information to take appropriate action.
(b) The suspension of any internet wagering account discovered to be providing fraudulent access to prohibited persons.
(c) The treatment of deposits, internet wagers, and wins associated with a prohibited persons fraudulent use of an account and the confiscation of any winnings and things of value of a prohibited person in accordance with part 7 of these rules.
