(1) A lease must be on a form prescribed by the department.(2) The department shall determine the royalty and rental rates, minimum bonus, primary lease term, and other lease terms.(3) A lease for oil and gas on any lands does not preclude other leases for metallic or nonmetallic minerals where such joint operations might prove feasible.(4) The lessee shall comply with all terms and conditions of the lease.Mich.
