Section R. 792.10119 - LocationRule 119.
(1) The hearing system may schedule a hearing at any location or by remote means, including telephone, teleconference, or other platform, unless location is dictated by statute or controlling rules.(2) A party may request a change of venue or means of access, including, but not limited to, in person, telephonic, or video.
